Figure "i" defines a semi-circular downward motion of the
right hand (vertical pin at the left specifies right arm).
Figure "j" defines an upward, inward fully circulr right hand motion.
Figure "k" defines an downward, outward fully circular right hand motion.
Figure "l" defines a semi-circular downward motion of the
right lower arm (vertical pin at the left specifies right arm).
Figure "m" defines an upward, inward fully circulr right lower arm motion.
Figure "n" defines an downward, outward fully circular right lower arm motion.
Figure "o" defines a semi-circular downward motion of the
right whole arm (vertical pin at the left specifies right arm).
Figure "p" defines an upward, inward fully circulr right whole arm motion.
Figure "q" defines an downward, outward fully circular right whole arm motion.
Figure "r" is palms down, circle lower part of arm from the elbow, upwards to
the level of the head, back of hand towards the front, then reverse and circle

During the bar lines of measures of music, both arm and step movements are
possible, simultaneously.
